Signed up to a good multi fuel deal but have been overpaying for several months and no adjustments made to the account until I chased it up. New deal to replace the current one when it expires also has a considerable jump, so will be looking for other quotes/suppliers

We review our customer account 6 months after coming on supply and every year after that. When we review an account if we believe that the direct debit is sufficient to cover the usage then no changes will be made and your direct debit will remain the same.
We offer an online portal where you can manage your account to ensure that your account doesn't get into too much debit or credit. We believe that managing accounts is a shared responsibility.
Unfortunately the industry price for Gas and Electricity is constantly increasing however, we are always ensuring are prices are as competitive as possible.
