You explained things to me when requested and always gave me the best advice, to be patient; something we Yanks aren't used to.

Your team really seems to rally when one of your members is on holiday or not available; there was always someone to cover. (That alone is worth 5 stars in my book.) I even received phone calls from your colleagues just to give me updates.
