Sent my skins over yesterday at around 5PM GMT for ETH. Nothing completed within 15 minutes timeframe, contacted support, given 1-2 hour timeframe, still not completed, contacted support, told possibly tomorrow, it's tomorrow and still not completed. Tried contacting support, no reply this time. No mention anywhere on site that transactions are delayed. All I see is 'Instant Cash Guaranteed' Not good.

UPDATE: Got through to another agent called Michael today, he was able to change my payment method to Paypal (after another agent named Nick said it was not possible) and I've received the money instantly. Thanks Michael :) 5* for you.
