They sent me the wrong product
They sent me the wrong product, and would not refund until I had re packaged it and returned it to them, and also I had to order the original one twice, meaning that my money came out twice and stayed out for a month waiting for them to refund the money they took off me for the completely wrong product!

Unfortunately our system is not currently setup to issue replacements, which is why we ask for items to be returned and re-ordered. However, we are always looking to improve the service we provide and replacement orders are on the agenda.
