I enjoy getting my blue apron box and not having to worry if I got all of the ingredients at the store! That being said, it is really expensive just for two or three meals for me and my husband. I can make that money go a longer way by buying groceries. I do wish there were simpler meal options as well because my husband is a very picky eater and won't eat a majority of the options on the blue apron menu. I'm a bit more adventurous and I typically enjoy the meals.
