The system arrived on time and installed easily. Two weeks later my ISP sent a new modem which when installed seemed to upset the phone service. Tech support was readily available and together we were able to re-sync the phone after a couple tries so that it recognized my new modem.

Phone service is great and I like the email notification ( with a .wav file attached) when someone leaves me a voice mail.
