on monday it said on the website "order this phone by 8pm to get it tomorrow - tuesday 2nd may" so i placed the order just before 6pm. the following day i checked my order status and it wasnt even dispatched so no chance of it arriving tuesday as specified. by the afternoon it finally said something like "sending order to the warehouse" so i figured it would soon be dispatched and arrive on wednesday instead. ive now noticed that it says "we are currently awaiting arrival of the handset" so they didnt even have the phone in stock or any real idea of when its going to arrive. most websites would list an item as out of stock when they dont have something. i could possibly have picked an alternative colour that was in stock.


*update. i was contacted by their support team and was offered an alternative colour as the black was still out of stock. i chose the blue and the service with an in stock item is a lot better. plenty of updates of its progress and was dispatched the same day with fast shipping. uk mail also updated me frequently. so after the initial dissappointing experience everything went smoothly with an in stock item.
