Ordered and paid for item on 24th March 2017. Order accepted and given order number. On Friday 31st emailed to enquire what is happening with the order. No response. Phoned Monday 3rd April and left message on answering machine. No response. Phoned again on Wednesday 5th April and left another message. No response. Put a message on Facebook 6th April to jog their memory and now that has been removed. Left a sterner phone message this morning and still no reply and so now taking the matter up with Paypal. Glad paid through Paypal otherwise I expect they would keep the money and not send the ordered goods, which would have been a part of a 75th birthday present . DON'T RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SHOWER.
