When products are not shown as "In Stock" we show our best estimate of how long it will be before we can despatch the product. This is shown on the checkout page before the order is placed.

We understand that customers may not always read this, which is why we send a follow-up email.

The item in question is listed on our website as 'Normally despatched within 10 working days' and is due to come into stock on or around 31st March.

Once despatched is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Please note: Payment for the out of stock item has not been taken as payment is only taken at the point of despatch. Payment has only been taken for the items you have received.
