Received a phone call from the courier saying he could not find my house, I gave instructions over the phone as admittedly it is difficult to find at first. He then insisted the house I've lived in for 17 years didn't exist, the row of houses that have been there for nearly 20 years weren't there despite the fact they are directly opposite where he claimed to be parked. He then insisted I lived in an entirely different street. Eventually got my parcel after someone went out to collect it
