Unacceptable. Exit fee of £184 after already paying an exit fee of £68 months before. No help trying to resolve and no warning of this impending fee. Just an email threatening debt collectors.
Worst service I've ever had and took over from my supplier without requesting it from me and then took months to move it back. Charged me one exit fee, then another with no notice and threatened debt collectors if I didn't pay the extortionate £184 fee that I most definitely did not owe.
Reported to the energy ombudsman.

Spark Energy don't charge exit fees.
It sounds like you've received a bill of £68 for your usage, and then we've sent you a final bill, these are for your usage and are definitely not exit fees.
Hopefully the Energy Ombudsman will be able to help resolve things between us.
