Simple Sytem but Not Reliable
The set up of the security camera was by eCam and went well. The system is easy for end users. The reliability of the camera / website is questionable. There has been several occasions where the image is not available on the website and images are missing from the history. After a couple of days eCam has been able to restore images but it is annoying.
