dont trust them or beleive what what they say
Their customer service is terrible they ignore your questions and they ignore their warranty that they print on their website.
I bought a phone in may 2015 which developed some problems but not to serious and then a number more serious problems started, so I contacted banggood and they asked me send a video of the problems which I did, they said to send it back to them which i did at my expense, now that is three months have passed and i still dont have a phone or any satisfactory answer, all they have offered me is a vastly inferior and smaller screen phonewhich was unacceptable.
They say on their website that if a product developes problems during the warranty after doing what they say they will refund or replace neither of which they have.
