Can't create account and transfer service
Spent ages filling in all my details to be told at the end that the contract cannot be created and to phone customer services, which I did, to be told there is nothing they could do. Their advice was to try again in a few days but I couldn't use my email address as that is already logged into the system. How bizarre and that signing up a new customer. What will their customer service be like if I had been successful?
