Pre-Ordered Metal gear solid 5 for Xbox one in July. Says on the FAQ that codes are sent 24-48 hours before release date so your able to play upon release. Still waiting for a code to be sent and no reply to 3 emails that I've sent asking about it! No money has been taken thankfully and they have left me no choice but to cancel my order! Not sure why this has happened as I've used them in the past no trouble! At least a reply to my emails would have been nice explaining the situation but none given! Will be avoiding in the future unless I'm given an explanation as to why this has happened!
