I had been searching for a particular Omega watch for sometime. Having seen it on the WF website I made an initial email enquiry. Within hours I received a call from Tom and the purchase was made. Tom was both courteous and professional. His colleague Jenny then took over in regards to the collection and subsequent customer service, as with Tom she too was very professional and a credit to the company.
