I have made purchases from Anns Cottage a couple of times now even though I am from land locked Derbyshire! I didn't want to be entering bank details on line (technophobe I know!) so I made my purchases over the phone. Both times I was dealt with extremely politely, quickly and efficiently. Have never had to return a thing and both times items purchased were in the sale...bonus!! Keep up the good work,I shall undoubtedly be using this service again soon.
