All the steps in a process of a hostel reservation are clear and easy to follow. However, there is one exception - when you want to cancel your reservation, Hostelworld help states there is a button which you can find in a certain place on your reservation page, click it, and cancel the reservation. I never found this mystery button when I was going to cancel my reservation. That was really confusing.

Other than that, there is a vast array of hostels almost anywhere in the world and prices are good!
