My order was short and I telephoned 3 times and had to leave a message. No one responded so clearly not interested in their customers. I then e mailed and received an impersonal response saying they had refunded the shortage but that was no good to me as I had to go out and purchase more steak for a family BBQ. No personal apology or contact-- so will not be using them again.
