I called prior to placing an order for a Westinghouse fan to ensure stock was available. I was asked to wait 20 min as the fan would be dispatched directly from the importer and they needed to check stock availability with the importer's warehouse. I got a call back within 10 min to say stock was ok and if ordered before 4:30 the fan would arrive next working day. The fan arrived as promised the next morning just before 9am.. What great speedy service. The fan was fairly simple to install as is working wonderful - so thank you so much!!
