Ordered full bathroom suite - paid extra for guaranteed delivery date. Sought later to pay a further supplement for am delivery - then the fun began! BetterBathrooms card system declined my card 6 times, later also delining the card of my wife. As we had used the cards for other things that day, the problem obviously lay with their system. However, they refused, for the sake of £10, to sanction an am delivery. They offered the option of declining delivery at all on the day - with the proviso that we would have to pay full cost of a redelivery. Items eventually arrived at 11.50 am on designated day - no thanks to BetterBathrooms. It also worth being aware that the delivery will be to OUTSIDE your property - we live 2 floors up - so not so much delivery to you as near you. The items themselves were fine - but I rather think we'll be looking elsewhere in future!
