I accidentally registered and set up using the wrong email. Used a .com instead of my .co.uk. I reaslised what I had done when trying to log in, and reached out to support. I thought this would take me a long time and braced for a long and painful process. Mat resolved it all over WhatsApp in less than 5 minutes. Great service.

The live chat or customer service is easy to talk to. The only issue is the delay in receiving the code. But in terms of support, their service is great—they respond and even allow refunds if you subscribed by mistake, as long as the account hasn’t been used yet. I just hope they can improve the code delivery process.

The only thing I'd love to see is the option to update billing info yourself (like switching from personal to company details) without needing to reach out to support.
