Wine was fine
Wine was fine. Just very annoying company because they sent a lot of brochures en even call you and try to make another sale. Honestly their sales team is a bit too aggressive in my opinion.

Unfortunately we have no influence on the process of PostNL, and it is not clear to us why your shipment was taken to a pickup point.

I ordered and paid for a delivery that was expected to arrive a week ago, but it still has not been delivered. I have reached out to customer support at both post.nl and wijnvoordeel, but I have not received any response. This situation has been quite frustrating and disappointing.
