Bought a vacuumcleaner that broke after 7 weeks for 4000 SEK. No refund and to repair it they wanted half the cost for a plastic lid. Support dosent even bother to read email and reply with automated messages. Will never buy here again.

We need to ask for the reimbursement of our money, and of course cancel the order. AMAZING HOW BAD SERVICE YOU HAVE..

Best online store for electronics. I just feel sad that I did not know about Webhalen much earlier. I would have bought all my stuffs from them.
Best customer service. They reply to you in a few hours. I wrote to them on Friday evening and they replied after two hours in the night. It is easy to communicate with them in English. I ordered a GPU on Friday and got on Thursday in Finland. My only complain which was the reason I did not give 5 stars is the shipment fee. I find it illogical to pay 5 euros as a postage fee while you pay over 800 euros. There must be a certain limit of payment if exceeded the delivery must be free.

I reported the defect on 21/7, and then waited for a return label to arrive. It never arrived (fault of post service), then they sent it by email so I could print it (why not start with that?). I got it shipped 2/8, they received it at sent it on to the workshop at 10/8.
I have not heard anything yet (22/8).

They were very helpful getting the money back from my defected Nexus phone.

Unfortunately when you have paid huge amount of money to someone, they are the ones to get a bad review. In the end, they should keep customer informed or offer different solutions to resolve the case.

Purchased a pair of headphones that were delivered with 2 earpads for the right ear so the one of them kept falling off, the other earpad had a whole in the stitching. The product looked new and unused but circumstances had me in doubt.
Let me start by saying that the Webhallen staff are very friendly and even though my experience was not the best, I can not really fault the staff at webhallen for this.
I ordered 2 products (headphones and a microphone),The headphones came into stock after a few days and the microphone had an unknown delivery time. I had read on the website that the products would not be sent until both were in stock. I contacted support and they offered to remove the microphone so I could get delivery of the headphones faster. I chose to do so and purchase the microphone from CDON.
After a 2 week battle with CDON, they finally canceled my order as the product had been damaged under delivery. I went back to webhallen and ordered the microphone again.
My only real gripe is that I paid postage and packaging twice at webhallen. my original order included both devices and i only needed to pay once. I have not received the replacement headphones or the microphone yet but expect delivery in a day or two.
Even though I only gave Webhallen a 3 star due to my bad experience with the product, I would still consider them as one of my preferred online shopsfor the future.

As the suggestion says, unreasonable conduct from them. I ordered a laptop Asus GL552 from them, and it arrived in time, everything was fine. But the laptop would shut down when you put it to sleep, if it's not charging. I called them and Asus support both, and they said to reinstall Windows and update the drivers. So I did that, problem was still there, so the Asus support said to return it because it's obviously a manufacturing error, so I have. Today I had a long argument with their customer "support", yes Mikael, looking at you and your thief guild.I demanded a refund because I found a cheaper alternative laptop that I'd buy, and also I didn't want to deal with them anymore because they already sold me a faulty laptop. They said that they would refund me and deduct 20%(1600 kr) because, quote: "the power supply has many scratches on it, and that means that we can't sell it with out taking a large loss in the price 20%". Which is a total lie. First of all, the laptop was in my possesion for 3 days, I charged it only once and shipped it back. So for me to do that in such a short time, I'd have to take a knife and scratch it for some unknown reason. I argued that the scratches weren't there when I shipped it, but they wouldn't hear it, kept repeating like parrots that they already "made a decision". Secondly, if an Asus charger costs 1600 kr you can hang me from a tree, that's of course in the event I actually did what they accused me of. Also they didn't provide any evidence whatsoever of the scratches. If that isn't bad enough, they said that they fixed the issue by reinstalling Windows, aka, the same thing I did. Basically, if you want a refund from them, forget it, they will just find some imaginary crap to make you either lose money, or get back a possibly faulty laptop. There's my experience 100% described. Waiting for you Mikkel to make it seem a bit less messed up than it is, love to see you try. Honestly, avoid them if you can, ask a chicken to give you a refund rather, you'll get pretty much the same response as I have from them.

Fast email response, good prices, no problems!
I could use the information when goods were send, otherwise everything was fine.
I ordered a CPU cooler to the Copenhagen store. It took a little while to arrive (4 business days, as I remember), but it was nice not to have to pay for shipping. The people at the store were also extremely friendly.
Brought 64GB, 32GB Samsung micro SD memory card and Samsung galaxy tab s 10.5 Book cover for better price.
Price of the products are reasonable in Webhallen compared to other stores in Copenhagen.
Nothing but good vibes about the deal.
I ordered my product on Monday 2.30pm (online), and could pick it up at the post office Tuesday 12.15. Plus, the customer service (I talked to a guy called Vladimir) on the phone was excellently customer friendly and helped me to find a great solution. FANTASTIC experience!
Fixed problem, after having issues contacting them. Got what i wanted. Am pleased.

On the 17 of September I bought a new labtop. I recieved the labtop the 21 of September. When I started the labtop the first time I could see the the screen not was working probblely. So I mailed Webhallen and they would mail me a waybill. I recieved the waybill the 30 september. I had to wait over one week before I recieved the waybill, so I posted the labtop the same day. Today is the 5 of October and I still have not recieved another labtop. I have mailed 8 times to
Webhallen but I still have not seen any new labtop. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WEBHALLEN AGAIN
