Great garage, I wouldn’t take my T5 transporter anywhere else. Very knowledgeable, fair price and have helped me out at short notice on multiple occasions which is a life saver when self employed needing the van to work.

I recently took my car to WAS and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Especially Dale) were friendly, professional, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting any repairs.

The quality of their work is outstanding, my car now runs smoother than ever. They completed the job on time and even gave it a quick clean before handing it back! It’s rare to find a garage that combines great service, honesty, and attention to detail.

I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy mechanics.

I took my car in without an appointment, and they were able to look at my car efficiently. Dale greeted me and was welcoming and had great customer service. Whilst I waited there was another mechanic who was very sociable and offering the use of the hot drink machine as I waited! Damien was very quick at looking at my car and doing further tests to find the problem. Very good at communicating and providing advice. Would recommend and use this garage again.

I’ve used WAS Autocentre Worcester several times now, and they’ve never let me down. The team are professional, honest, and genuinely care about doing things properly. They explain everything clearly, keep you updated, and never push unnecessary work.

Their prices are fair, the service is spot on, and the quality of their work has made them my main garage, I don’t go anywhere else, and neither does my family. It’s rare to find a place you can trust completely, but these guys have earned it. Highly recommended.
