I ordered from them white strips. Received the white strips within couple of days and are genuine!!

Ordered in May 2019. I didn’t receive the product, so I contacted them. They said they have resent it. Then month later I contacted them again, as I hadn’t received it. They said they will refund me. Didn’t happen. Then they said wether I want a refund or they should resend the product. I told them that I want a full refund. Now they haven’t replied my last few mails, and it’s been 9 months since I ordered it - I never got the product nor a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had a 3 month dispute with them now. They are in fact based in the US despite the UK IP address and they are a fraudulent company. Their products are illegal in the EU and were seized by Irish Customs when attempted delivery to me. I forwarded them the letter I received from customs as proof I had not received the order and still have not received my refund. I have escalated it to my credit card company now to deal with.

Ordered whitening strips..was concerned when I seen the bad reviews here so after 2 weeks I opened a dispute on PayPal but they did arrive a few days later and are the genuine crest white strips. I wouldn't have opened the dispute or even ordered from them had I read the bad reviews first so I just wanted to reassure anyone still waiting on delivery.

I placed my order and then checked the reviews!! After several e mails going backwards and forwards. I received my teeth whitening strips. I had to wait two weeks for them to arrive due to the location in USA. I used them last night and can say the results are perfect and are the same as Crest. I will be ordering again, due to price.

Was nervous that my whitening gels wouldn’t turn up after reading the bad reviews but couldn’t fault the company at all.
After placing the order I was immediately contacted with an estimated delivery date.
The product arrived from the U.S. few weeks after placing the order.

Escalate this fraudulent behaviour from UK Healthcart, allessentialsco@yahoo through your bank Guys. Just contact your bank if you paid that way, they will send out relevant form and you need to print and send the email trail showing your contact to highlight the fraud on this bogus company's behaviour. Do this thing... where there is a will etc... also check out scamadviser on them, algorithms = high risk!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED MADISON! THEY ARE NOT UK BASED! UK HEALTH CART UK IS ACTUALLY ALLURE ESSENTIALS IN THE US! THEY ARE SELLING FAKE GOODS AND MISS-SELLING!
Paid for Crest Whitestrips Supreme, express 4 day delivery, took two weeks to arrive, when they did I realised straight away that they are FAKE. They do not stick to your teeth, are wet, flimsy and DO NOT WORK!
I ordered 8 and only received 4. They advertise as 8 but they mean 4 (2 strips in each packet, one for upper teeth one for lower teeth).
The person who I dealt with the issue was called Madison, she was rude, unhelpful and uncooperative.
I asked her for a refund, and she said send the product back to Allure Essentials in the United States! I refused as her website I bought from was a UK site and that she should pay the return anyway as she lied and miss-sold to me... She refused.
I then asked Paypal to step in, explained to them about the miss-selling and they fully refunded me without the need to return the product. I threw them in the bin as they were useless.
DO NOT BUY FROM UK HEALTH CART OR ALLURE ESSENTIALS!!!!

Now when I have read the reviews I see that this is just a fraud company. Too bad didn't check them out before ordering. Obviously no order received, the communication is just the best, when I asked for a refund which also obviously hasn't been provided, all they replied was - refund has been made. No invoice, after requesting it for 5 times. They're a joke,honestly.

Ordered in August and still not arrived!! Extremely unhappy, I've sent over 10 emails with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! I will be taking this further to get them shut down.

If there were no stars I would haven given that! Extremely unprofessional, no confirmation email, no correspondence, no tracking. Still not received and by now I am not expecting it to arrive!! Beware and avoid!! Wish I’d looked at other reviews before I parted with my money!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I ordered whitening strips 6 months ago and after numerous emails to the company I have yet to receive a product or the refund. I really wish I had read reviews about the company before making a purchase. Do not trust them with your details!!! they've no contact telephone either so it's impossible to get your money back!!!

Still waiting on my order after 2 weeks, money was taken sent email no reply! Beware of this site!

Never got my order and now they are ignoring my emails!

Following on from an earlier review on ukhealthcart. Received a letter from the HRPA saying package has been detained as it is suspect in breach of regulations. What can I say?? Please be cautious when ordering from this website!!!!!!!

Thankfully I did get my order but only after repeated emails with a very rude assistant. Wouldn’t use the company again.

Got fake crest strips. Like what AliExpress sells. This company is Chinese not uk. It’s a con.

I ordered teeth whitening strips on 5th October. They took my money but nothing has arrived and no response to emails. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. What a scam!

used this company by mistake and after 10 days with products no show I contacted paypal to see if I could return and start a claim on these misiing items .but they did come in the end and I was shocked when the arrived loose in a jiffy bag ..as I have bben buying these polanight for years, they usually come in a sealed foil envelope ,after carefully looking at the ones that ukheart sent and another from a company I had used for years ..I was taken back by what I found ..that ukheart is supplying FAKE polanights ..the prinint on the units isn't clear and the logo is very faint ..classic signs of fake ,,and to think about what ones putting in their mouths overnight ,doent bear beliving ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
