Lovely lady straight to the point, chatty

Great experience

Company clearly has a reputation for selling faulty cars based on my own experience and the many many Google reviews from customers. Cars are being sold with dangerous faults with no regard for customer safety, rectifying these faults takes forever and without any customer care at all.

I can only assume the majority of 5 star reviews are false, bots, brought or just genuinely lucky customers. Based on my own experience and 15 minutes in the aftersales office, unsafe vehicles make up the majority of their sales.

staff are,they were completely uninterested in anything i said or asked. staff member took ages & tutted. told return with your man! it 2025!!!!there was someone complaining after a few wks of receiving her car it was no longer working. i was so upset for her!!after that it was def no no! i no longer, felt safe buying a car from here. i’d def give it a miss guys

We went to this company thinking it would be safe and secure to buy my sons first car but it wasn’t we had to return the can the next day less than 24 hours the after care service was shocking we couldn’t get thru to nobody only the wales branch we took a risk driving it back to branch or we would of had to wait over a week for recovery truck! It took over a week to be told the clutch and gear box was broken
Then a further 3-4 weeks for our refund very disappointing I would not recommend this company due to faulty cars and absolutely awful aftercare

I have purchased a car for Car Trade Centre. The sales team and entire purchased was excellent the gentleman could not have been more helpful and made sure I got a good deal.
The trouble started when the car some faults within a couple of days . The customer service team are not very helpful and don’t really take ownership of your issue and have no empathy to the predicament you are in with an issue . They had our car for weeks and did not call with updates all throughout the process , when calling them again no one takes ownership. We had to visit several times to get updates and at the end the repairs were not successful.
Customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority- they have a lot of positive reviews on sales where customers are invited to review - please read the service reviews before you consider purchasing a vehicle .

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They managed to find me a suitable car and was sorted on the same day. Would recommend
