Only put one star so I could write a review never received my watch in 2019 and payment taken. No refund and never replied to numerous calls and emails. Total scam

Ordered a watch. After 3 days the amount paid was returned to my account, without any explanation. The watch is still in stock. I asked why they returned the money and whether the order has been cancelled. Haven't received an answer for two weeks, therefore as promised in my emails to Tictoc i'm writing this appropriate review.
Due to ordering in a foreign currency and bank spread i lost about 5 pounds.

Placed an order on November 1 said it was shipped on November 2 company will not respond to emails phone calls nothing scam company

Genuine watches. Slow postage tho, but they do refund the fees. Don't know what happen to the site? Its one of the best watches I bought from here, about 3 years ago.

Poor customer service. Bought a Michael Kors watch, after 2 weeks stones fell out and the battery died, was told to return it at cost to myself. Then 4 weeks later got it back. Now been trying to email them again as more stones fell out and the battery died again.

Scam company

Further to my previous review, the watch stopped working 2 weeks after it arrived. I contacted the company & they advised me to return it to them via royal mail track & trace, thus I did and luckily kept the receipt from royal mail and the tracking number, I know they received it & it was signed for - I heard nothing back from them despite numerous emails (you can't contact them by phone, the calls go unanswered). In the end I was lucky that my bank did a 'claw back' on the payment and I got my money back. I have since had a letter from trading standards in Sunderland & gave a statement to them about my experience they have said that they are compiling a case as the watches are all fake! Be warned!

Still waiting for a refund on a watch that they had back in December 2019

I bought 2 watches in March 2019. The watches comes with 2 year warranty. In December 2019 strap locked broken after that I try to contact them via emails, phones but no reply. I don’t recommend this site.

It’s a scam, do not send or buy your watch from here!! They steal your watches and sell them on refurb

ordered a few watches from here always have to get links removed however i go elsewhere as it’s so expensive to get done through these guys orders always come on time and text when they are comming my order was one day late and i got postage refunded😁

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!, I ordered two watches from this company in early December 2019 and only one came. I have been emailling,phoning, and recorded letters regarding a refund for the watch I did not receive, which I am still fighting them today.
I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, One star is way too good for them.

Awful experience,i was gifted a micheal kors watch, firstly the wrong one arrived, i had to then pay for postage to return, then the correct watch arrived within months the writing on the watch had dismantled!! Turned upside down,how is this possible?? If these watches are meant to be legit ?? Then i had to pay for postage again to return,and guess what,again they did not refund my postage as promised!! I have sent numerous emails and no responce,i was in contact with someone called Hannah then the contact stopped,fisgusting service, plesse do not waste your hard earned money on this company, find a replicable company with good service!! I would have given no stars!! I have pictures of the watch with the dismantled writing, unable to post ....

they tried to take 89 pound out of my account three times then 7 pound and 1 pound its a scam.

NO STAR awarded. Do not purchase from this company!! A birthday present for my 13 year old son, the strap broke after the third wear. Very disappointed, I reassured my son we would send it back and it would be fine. After sending two emails and 2 submission forms (through website), I haven’t had a reply. After reading reviews I don’t want to return as reviewers have said that they haven’t got a refund. I think Trading Standards needs to look at this company.

After their Christmas order arrived too late for me to gift, even though it was ordered in ample time, I returned the MK watch, have proof of postage, and yet no refund, no reply, and they are still not answering their phone. Avoid this company - total rip off!

Absolute shambles of a company. Sent a watch back which was signed for on jan 10th. No refund. I had to open a debit card dispute with my bank and they have claimed my money back from their company bank which I received today. Do not purchase from these!

My 15 year old daughter was asked to return a faulty £95 watch which was signed for on 20 December. Since then the phone is never answered and her 4 emails have been ignored. The company is still advertising on the internet but are not accepting payment for any orders because of a 'technical issue'. This firm started life as GRAY KINGDOM JEWELLERS LTD in 2014 and changed its name to GK 1706 Ltd in 2017. Tic2Toc is its trading name. The sole director is a Mr Luke Gray who is also the company secretary. The latest address of its registered office is 6 Trinity Court, Seaham. County Durham, SR7 7AS.

Total CON ARTISTS!! paid £140 for a Michael kors watch for my daughter Christmas, Within two weeks it was broke, I sent them numerous emails, and phoned several times, the phone line keeps saying that they have high call volumes!! This is not a genuine company, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this expensive watch that cannot be worn now!! They should not be allowed to trade!!! complete scammers!! I will be contacting trading standards tomorrow!!
