I'm truly disappointed with the rough finish and embarrassed to give it as a gift. I should have known from the low price that you get what you pay for.
I won't be using this company again.
Avoid them if it's quality you are looking for.

I’m really disappointed with this company. I placed an order for personalised gifts on Monday, choosing express delivery (1–2 days) and even paid extra for it. It’s now Thursday, and the items still haven’t arrived.
I needed these gifts for a nursery graduation, a meaningful occasion—and what’s worse, there’s been no communication at all about dispatch, delays, or tracking.
I expected a smoother experience. The lack of follow-up and reliability has left me feeling frustrated and misled. Honestly, I regret not using a more dependable retailer like Amazon.
I won’t be returning as a customer, and I plan to raise this publicly so others can make informed choices.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Placed order on 8 June and after 4 emails requesting delivery information "No Response".
Also, when you phone the company, you are unable to talk to a human.
Would recommend ordering from this company if you want to take the risk of not receiving what you ordered.
Also, my recent email to The Personalised Gift Shop advising that I would flood social media with my experience unless I received a reply to my request for delivery information by close of business today 25 June brought no response.
Would suggest you steer clear of this company.

The failed to deliver a time sensitive parcel to my daughters, it may ot may not ha e been delivered 2 weeks late bu which time the damage was done and they couldn't care less. If you re lucky 95% of the time to get your parcel delivered then you are just that ... lucky. God help you if you have a problem with this rapacious insensitive company

Stay clear from this company order placed October 2024 hoping for my order to be delivered by November 2024. After emails being sent I received email below. I still have not had anyone contact me and I have sent more emails chasing with no success just getting “we’ll response within 48 hours” and nothing. So I filled out a dispute form via PayPal and got a full refund. I know of a couple other people who haven’t received their orders and not getting any replies back from their emails

We want to sincerely address the recent delays in fulfilling orders. Firstly, we understand how frustrating this has been, and we are truly sorry. The delays stem from several unforeseen challenges.
This year, we calculated order processing times based on the past four Christmas periods and planned to have all orders fulfilled by specific dates. However, due to unexpected events, including operational delays caused by machine failures and the overwhelming popularity of our products, orders are taking longer than originally estimated.
On a personal note, I experienced the loss of my father and had to arrange his funeral, and return his body/ ashes to his home country Malta, which took an emotional toll on us as a family and a family-run business. While we tried our best, this did impact our operations.
We’ve also heard comments accusing us of being scammers. Let me assure you, this is not the case. We are a genuine UK business that has been trading on Facebook since 2018. This year’s Christmas run has been exceptionally difficult, but we are doing everything possible to fulfill orders.
Our hardworking team has been tirelessly working, including weekends for the past six weeks, to make and ship your orders. If you’ve received a tracking number, your order is complete but may take a few days to dispatch due to high volumes and weekend processing limits.
we are deeply sorry for letting some our customers down this Christmas. We truly put all our efforts into correcting the situation, but due to unexpected delays and events, we are now going to overrun our estimated time by around a week and a half.
This week (Tuesday to Friday), we will be putting all our resources and focus into getting as many orders made and dispatched as possible. If, unfortunately, we are unable to get your item completed, we will contact you directly and offer a refund or the option to have your item made when we return.
We understand individual updates have been hard to come by. Trying to provide them while managing multiple platforms has proven difficult and only takes team members away from producing your orders. At this time, all hands are working to make and ship as many items as possible.
We’ve also learned valuable lessons this year:
• From the New Year, we will add another dedicated member of staff for customer service to ensure better communication.
• Once our resources are no longer stretched, we’ll return to normal and give our customers the attention they deserve.
Please know this situation was never intentional. We normally handle Christmas well, but as you can see above, we’ve faced unexpected challenges, including operational setbacks and personal circumstances. I take full responsibility, and I’m deeply sorry to those affected.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. I hope some of you can forgive us for the stress and delays caused this year.

Scam company. Ordered in Oct 2024, still waiting.
I ordered 2 personalised mirrors in mid October 2024 for Christmas presents for my children. They e mailed in late October saying they weren't taking any more orders on before Christmas. Mr order never arrived. They emailed again just before Xmas saying they didn't get all the orders out on time and will get them all out on 3rd Jan 2025 and would give refunds if necessary. I asked for my money back three times and all emails have been ignored. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY OR TO WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY !!!

Item's design was totally different from what they advertised. It is deceitful. I ordered personalised children bible for my grandchildren christening. But they just printed their names on a plate and attached it to the bible packaging, rather than on the bible. Shame, shame on you for such deception.

Ordered a personalised wine box for a 50th birthday present, to put a bottle in.... I went for express delivery, the box the day after the birthday event. The box itself is fine, but tbh some bright spark must have noticed the date of birth on the box??? And maybe thought, let's get this dispatched.... I ended up going onto amazon and buying another for same day delivery. I won't use this company again for the simple fact I don't need a 50 + 1 day box. Waste of time and money. Thanks alot.

I wish I read the reviews on this company!!
I ordered a photo print and had it framed. It was a personalised one, it was clear, bright and colourful. What I received however was poor quality, dark and you couldn't read half of the writing where it was so dark!
I also ordered 4 personalised ornaments for the Christmas tree for presents. They were professional photos so clear and nice. But what I received was poor quality again and blurry.
All of this I previewed before paying to! And still the quality was poor.
The customer service just topped the awful experience off! There not quick to reply at all, even though I sent photo evidence of the poor quality items they didn't care because they were personalised.
DO NOT waste your money. I wish I hadn't! I now need to order these again elsewhere meaning I'm more out of pocket! I'm disappointed and upset and they do not care! Awful company!
