I bought a car from Sytner Select, Cardiff last week; it was seamless from start to finish! Mohammed was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one.
After I reported a minor issue post-sale, Mohammed was straight on the case and within 10 minutes of speaking with him, I had a call from the Service Department and had it scheduled to be sorted straight away. The Service representative was also very friendly and helpful which made the whole process a pleasant one.
After a negative experience with a different garage recently, Sytner have certainly restored my faith in car sales and I’m very grateful to them. Thank you!

8 days after paying to have a car transferred from another site I had to chase for an update (having been told it would take 2 to 3 days) - was put on hold for half an hour only to be told that the vehicle had failed mechanical tests and was no longer available.....

Needless to say I went elsewhere to purchase my car - if this is pre sale service I don't want to experience post sale!

I would recommend anyone to go to syntner for a car they have a wide range to choose from as soon as I saw the car I wanted it right away its actually my first automatic driven car in my favourite colour as well im so happy with my purchase.
The staff were so helpful and friendly with lots of patience les explained all the paperwork in easy terms as I'm not that tech savvy but I understood it easily.
Mohamed was so lovely took me to the post office to get v5 sorted as it was previously a disability vehicle

Charlie, Les and Mohammed all very helpful in helping me buy my fiat 500. Very smooth process and very attentive.

I had a pleasant and respectful visit to Sytner today to test drive a Porsche Cayenne. Whilst I found the set route for the test drives a little limited for a car such as this, we were in the city of Cardiff so it was ultimately understandable. The test drives with Mohammad and Charlie were both very helpful without being in anyway pushy. If you’re wary of being pressurised into anything I’d recommend this dealership based on my visit as both men were helpful and respectful. Thank you both for your time and for all the coffees!

I bought car from the carshop 2.5 years ago. It had a complete electrical failure within a month!!!
Anyhow they said it JUST needed a software update.
Carshop sold me extended warranty by the warranty group claiming how amazing and highly recommended it is.
I paid £1000 for that extended warranty not realising it was a total scam.
I just claimed my 1st claim in 2.5 years and they rejected on a completely baseless reason.
And funny enough the lady at carshop(sytner group) knew exactly it would be rejected even before putting the claim.
Looks like, they are partners in crime.
I had such a horrible experience with the service team. I had to constantly phone them to get update. They were lazy and unprofessional.
Please avoid them and any WARRANTY sold by them, they just get their cut and dont care about people.
You end up paying alot more.

Charlie Naughton was fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful. I was guided efficiently and looked after comprehensively. I would recommend Sytner Cardiff to anyone in future and thank them for making the whole experience satisfied and efficient.
