Previously disappointed with the poor cosmetic quality of several Jaguar approved F type convertibles I had seen I contacted Callum Scott at Sytner Coventry and unloaded my frustration.
His response was to shoot an extended video of the 2022 car I was interested in. He promptly followed this up with answers to 20 emailed questions including service history, HPI checks and a copy of the 165 Jaguar approved check list.
Had I detected even a hint of BS or obfuscation at this stage I would not have committed to a 800 mile round trip.
On arrival at the dealership nothing was too much trouble and after my 3 page checklist and road test were completed with Callum the car turned out to be exactly as described.
In summary: Product is part of the buying experience but so is emotion and both have to be right. Sytner Coventry aced it on both counts.

I recently purchased a car from Jaguar Land Rover Coventry. My customer experience from start to finish was excellent, thanks to the help of Anwar Hussain who was extremely knowledgeable about the model I purchased. Anwar was consistently responsive and prompt in all our communications (email and phone) prior to my purchase. It has been two weeks since I bought my car and Anwar has been in contact twice to ensure everything is okay and help with any aftercare assistance I may need - which is greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jaguar Coventry and 10/10 to Anwar!

If you looking for a new Land Rover then the only place you need to go is Sytner JLR in Coventry. A wonderfully polite sales team, attentive to your needs and extremely knowledgeable and understanding of your requirements. I was looked after by Nathan Bayliss who was exceptionally throughout my purchase, whilst Leanne Richards played a massive part in delivering all the information, vehicle videos prior to my visit. Can't speak highly enough of this Sytner branch and will definitely be heading back for my next upgrade...

On delivering my I-Pace on 6/1/2025 into Sytner Jaguar Coventry for a routine second service where I was greeted by Sanjay who guided me me through the paperwork procedures. He then showed me to my hire car which he had organised on my behalf a nice new Evoque to drive for the day. On receiving a call later that day saying my I-pace was finish and ready for collection, on arrival at the dealership there was another pleasant surprise awaiting me my car was sparkling from a complimentary clean .
This young man Sanjay was a true professional in the making he really couldn't of gave me a more attentive service. I would highly recommend anyone in need of any car maintenance work doing in using this Sytner Dealership they defiantly made my day a very pleasant experience.

I waited in the designated waiting area and Sharyn was really friendly and looked after everybody waiting really nicely. The time went very quickly and my car was presented back to me sparkling clean. Great service. Well done to the whole team involved in the work on my car including the 'back room' people, great job. I can highly recommend this dealership.

The sales executive was good but I got the impression that he was under pressure to sell especially at the early stages of sale. Buying an f type at a Landrover specialist garage was generally not as good an experience as I have had previously when purchasing at Jaguar garage (could be down to lack of detailed knowledge of Jaguar vehicles). Having paid £50k for the car I did not like being pressured to buy paintwork protection and paintwork repair subscriptions. The garage is nice, well laid out and in general staff were very pleasant and courteous. There was no handover pack everything on line, no vehicle manual, again on line. What happens when you need it and there is no reception?. Sales executive was helpful throughout the sale through to handover which took one week. Now two weeks since handover and still waiting for warranty and breakdown cover details.
Update on 30th April. Now 7 weeks since handover of the car despite more than one reminder I still have not received warranty or vehicle breakdown information.
