Ordered an item on February 7
Ordered an item on February 7, sent money as stated on invoice, contacted support, because I didn't get any update on the payment being received or the order being processed. Proceeded to contact subtel trough their online form, got a reply, that the issue will be forwarded to their finance team. It's currently February 11, haven't received any updates on the situation. I even tried calling twice for half an hour and didn't get a response.
If the issue gets resolved I'll up my rating, I understand that delays do happen, but being ignored as a consumer does still feel dreadful.
Edit: Order was successfully delivered on 18/02, product quality is satisfying.
I improved my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 as I still believe the company could improve on communication and order finalization. As I've seen there's plenty of people that have had similar issues in the past.

I ordered a xiaomi pad 5 cable/Charger since almost 2 weeks and still nothing. In the next 3 days I am leaving the country. Very dissapointed to order from Subtel, being sure that will arrive around 17-18 June as it was stated after purchase.
I ordered becoz I needed.

Don`t order from them
I just ordered two batteries for the first time ever, they were supposed to deliver it within 2 to 3 workdays, and unfortunately, I haven't received it yet. I was supposed to receive it on 6th of June after I had ordered it on 3rd of June. Today is 11 of June and there still no trace of my batteries. I had a plan to fix my laptop and take it with me on vacation. It is now distracted.

Ordered a battery last Tuesday
Ordered a battery last Tuesday, and received a confirmation about my order. Waited for a week, 5 working days, although it said it would take 2-3 working days to arrive with postNL. So I emailed them today asking about my order, and the response I received was that I pre-ordered the battery since it was not on stock and that I will have it when it's back on stock, two months from now. I didn't like the fact that they don't own their mistake and try to push it on me, cause it was not stated anywhere that the battery was not in stock and it was a preorder.

Misleading website ... not taking responsibility
I bought a replacement battery for a JBL Charge 4. The website lists a set of battery model serial numbers and then says the battery is 100% compatible with JBL Charge 4. Nowhere does it say it doesn't work with all JBL Charge 4 batteries and you need to open up your unit and check the battery ID before ordering. Of course it is a case of "60% of the time it works 100% of the time". I asked to send it back for a refund including shipping as their website is misleading. They refused to pay postage after a series of emails. I tried to explain to them why the text they have is inadequate and open to a range of interpretations when it could be made absolutely clear but they just wouldn't/couldn't get it. These guys don't care about customers. Avoid.

Refurbishing is better than buying new stuff
The battery was listed correctly for the TomTom Go model I was looking for. The manual to change out the old battery was found else where but the site is clear on what you are buying. Delivery was as planned. Packaging was good and this is important when sending a lithium ion cell through the postal services. Battery works just fine. Also, a good price to refurbish that TomTom device which is perfectly ok and would have been exchanged for a new one for no reason other than an end-of-life battery. So good job done by this company to help people repair.
