As a single woman buying a car on her own for the first time it was a very disappointing experience at the Warrington Audi. The member of staff ‘looking after’ me was rude, sexist and kept trying to pull the wool over my eyes insisting I was getting a great deal when he was in fact giving me a more expensive deal than required. My experience with him was the reason I didn’t want to buy the car. I went to Crewe and Stockport Audi’s and had completely different experiences where staff were helpful, genuine and not at all pushy.

We went to Warrington Audi this morning but was advised that the courtesy car that we had arranged wasn’t available. We live miles away from the garage and took nearly an hour to get there with traffic. If they knew this they should have rang to say no car available. We were also waiting 20 minutes to say the courtesy car wasn’t available. We required a car to pick up our grandchildren. Complete incompetence and we will not be going there again. We could have understood if they had rang to say it was not available but not to be advised at the garage. Poor service !

Did not resolve my fault and did not reply when I recontacted to say the fault had re-occurred the same day as the car had been in the garage...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been passed from department to department, each claiming it’s “not their problem” and refusing to resolve the issues I’ve faced. Terrible organisation, terrible quality vehicle, and a terrible overall experience. Their so-called customer service is non-existent — they clearly do not care about their customers at all. No remorse, no accountability, and their failings caused significant stress, wasted time, and extra costs for me and my family. I would never deal with this company again.

Utterly shambolic from start to ongoing. Multiple issues from delivery of car, no tax, scratches hidden, products not delivered, sold extras and not provided. Absolutely nobody replies to anything, the arrogance is astonishing.

Purchased vehicle !
Sales man lied to me about number of previous owners!
I was advised 12 months mot would be applied however, DVLA check confirmed only 3 MOT remaining.
The cars front window demister stuck on full power all the time!
Therefore car rejected no managers have contacted me to appologise as they insist I keep a faulty vehicle
Stay away from Purchasing a 2nd hand car!!

I have been a loyal Audi customer, but my experience at Warrington Audi on 16th August 2025 was shockingly poor. My recent service included false reporting of brake issues, failure to check the coolant properly, and marking an expired tyre compressor canister as safe. The brake advice caused unnecessary panic and pressure toward expensive work, yet an independent garage confirmed everything was safe and correctly serviced.
Despite escalating the issue directly to the Aftersales Manager, Warrington Audi refused to take responsibility or provide a proper resolution. Their handling of fundamental safety checks was negligent, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I no longer feel confident servicing my car with this dealership.
This is a warning to other customers: I trusted Audi to uphold professional standards and safety — Warrington Audi failed on both counts.

Every time I drop my car off for a service, I end up waiting over 30 minutes for a service advisor to come and see me after I check in at reception. On my last visit, I waited over 50 minutes before finally telling the receptionist, “I need to go, can you just take my keys?” At that point, she immediately rushed over and got me seen straight away. Why should I have to say that just to be helped? They can all clearly see me sitting there waiting.
This poor experience every time I come to Audi has led me to choose a different brand for my new car. I will never buy an Audi while living in Warrington, as the experience at Stratstone Gemini Warrington is consistently a joke.

I rang and said
- Engine light come on and off
-Tyre pressure comes on and off
-Entertainment system freezes
-Digital display freshers
-central locking failure comes on and off sometimes unlocks its self or says it’s unlocked when it’s locked.
Was told to have a service even though the car didn’t need one before the first 18k miles and the problems wasn’t fixed. Wasted 296£
Was told the car would be cleaned but wasn’t.
Went to the Hull show room was fixed as the door sensors needed replacing
