Had a trip over to Isle of Man this weekend. Both crossing were perfect. Sea conditions really good. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious

As always the booking was seamless and straight forward. Very much looking forward to the luxury afforded by the Manx Man again on this trip.

Easy, clear information makes booking our trip very easy and we manage to get a value for money trip each time.

Easy to navigate on line booking , also if you call to book the staff on the phone are polite and efficient.

It was not easy to use. It gave me wrong information initially. It asked me for vehicle details despite not taking a car. It asked for information that was not necessary.

Booking was good - trip was great but we found it difficult to get info about parking at Heysham . It was really easy when we got there but would have been good to know before we set off

Changing sailing times for our return journey was very easy. The booking site is much improved overall.

Navigating the search and then joining up the booking process takes some getting used to. But the alternatives shown proved very useful.

Would have liked more information online about parking arrangements at Heysham port. When I phoned staff were very helpful.
