I have a disability and rely on my remote sockets and was worried when my remote control stopped working properly.
I rang status and from the receptionist to a gent named Dave i was treated fantastically and a replacement was sent and received. Not many big companies would have this kind ethos. well done Status
One of our remote sockets failed after…
One of our remote sockets failed after a few months. So, I contacted Status International about it. And "David" replied straight away. I explained what the problem was. He again came straight back to me. He said his company would replace the unit straitaway . And within a few days a new remote socket and remote controler was in my possession . I can't thank "David" and Status International enough. I would certainly use this company again. I give praise where praise is due. 10/10 .
First-class customer service
Desk fan didn't work but was quickly replaced with an excellent one. Customer service was phenomenal - quick to respond with a real person and replacement sent immediately. Very impressed.

The response from an email asking if spare fans are available was quick and possibly, we will look in the spares box.

2 in 1 tower cooling fan
Bought a 2 in 1 tower cooling fan which is incredibly useful, especially in the current hot weather - well worth the price tag.
I bought this through Dunelm, who were not very helpful when I realised my purchase was missing 2 ice blocks from the package.
However, status contacted me directly and reached out to send me the missing ice packs.
Shout out to David Attwood who went out of his way to be helpful and sorted me out.
No need for the Duck Tape
I lost the backing off a CO alarm which was fairly new and used it in my safety talks/training. i was just going to chuck it when i thought "what a waste", I contacted Status by their general email and had a reply within the hour, many thanks to David who found the backing from his spare bits and pieces and sent it to me free of charge, Great customer service by all in Status .

Huge thanks to David for somehow finding spare parts for a discontinued patio heater. Never thought they would still have them, but David searched around and came up with goods. Posted out straight away, proper 5 star service.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Had a small problem and got in touch with Andy Schofield who is a Quality Assurance Assistant who suggested a way to fix my issue, then rang me a couple of hours later to see if it was all working. Terrific after-sales service.
Status Freestanding Towel Rails
I own two Freestanding AHTR-100W Electrically Heated Towel Rails that I find to be very useful, particularly in the summer when family members arrive. Unfortunately, for me, due to the regular movement and (probably) the rough handing of said towel rails by visitors the base support fitment made of plastic fractured. The rest of the towel rail is sturdily made from aluminium. I emailed Status regarding the purchase of replacements and had a speedy reply from Sales (Estelle Bloodworth) informing me she had passed my email to the correct Department.
The Quality Assurance (Andrew Schofield) Department equally speedily answered my email and resolved my concern. within three days the spares I required were with me. A marvellous After Sales Team. If only all companies would act so speedily and efficiently. Credit where credit deserves to be, thank you to the Status team for resolving my problem. Incidentally, the Towel Rails are excellent and very useful.
Best customer service in a very long time
I emailed with a query about a new iron I had purchased, received a very prompt reply from Customer Service and was passed on to Andrew who went above and beyond in an exchange of emails and phonecalls to find the answer and explain it to me.

After a small worry, my mind put at ease
Had a small query I couldn't find online or in the manual. After contacting the company they replied really quickly putting my mind at rest and also said they would update the manual for future customers. A very professional company. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke with Andrew S (Quality Assurance Assistant)) regarding an issue and he was extremely helpful, caring and understanding. He dealt with my query very quickly and made sure replacements were sent out ASAP, which I recieved two days later. It was a pleasure speaking with him and would highly recommend this company, not only for customer service, but for their products as well. I telephoned Status to mention the control unit on my electric blanket had failed. My call was dealt with by Andrew S., he was extremely customer friendly, and resolved my query immediately. This is a very customer caring Company and I highly recommend it to all.

Andrew Schofield patiently helped me sort out difficulties when reinstalling smart plugs to a new router. He was patient while explaining complex technical sequences very clearly over the phone.
Status Customer Service…
I recently contacted Status re one of their Tower Fans that had been retailed through Tescos.
The inner claw case had become broken and would not let the oscillating function work. As I thought it was a long shot I contacted Status in the hope of getting a spare parts replace the damaged one.
The receptionist who took my call was very polite and informative and said she would pass it over to Andrew in QA. Within the hour I received a call from Andrew who identified the model and who it had been retailed through. He was very knowledgeable and dint think that he had any spares but would chase up for me.
The next day I received an email from Andrew who was unable to assist with any spares but would keep his attention on it. The following day I recieved a further call from Andrew who confirmed that he had now located the spare and would send it to me in the post.
The quality of response and service I have recieved on what I initial would have percieved as have been a "sorry we cant help" was the complete opposite. Andrew and the rest of the team were exceptional in customer service and that is not a comment I leave very often. Thankyou Andrew and the team
