Helpful, fast and excellent with a complicated high prescription
Andy was very helpful, and gave me an accurate timescale, updating me when the order was despatched internationally. My complex prescription (over the online limit and with a prism, so it is well worth phoning) was filled perfectly and faster than some local opticians manage, so I can see perfectly with the goggles. I haven’t tested them in the water yet (I have relocated from Gibraltar to a locked down Spain), but they are comfortable and seem excellent.

Fantastic customer service and product
Right from the start the service was very good. As a kitesurfer who wears verifocals my order was not straightforward, or at least not to me. After leaving a message Andy called me within the day and was extremely helpful taking me through my options and making recommendations. I have been wearing contact lessons for 10 years when kitesurfing so was not sure how the glasses would work out as apparently I needed only to get the distance as verifocals on the water would be disconcerting. Additionally I was moving to the US and it was debatable whether they would arrive on time. Well, they sent the glasses to the US and they were waiting for me on my arrival. I have now used the glasses for running and finally I’ve managed to get on the water and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you to all the Rockspex team. Thoroughly recommended for their service and the product itself.
