Truly first class service. Highly entertaining auction, efficient billing & very easy to pay invoice. From Lynne's help with a query to the utterly superb packing by Sion, the service is an absolute credit to you. Delivery charges are very reasonable when time taken & materials used to pack with such care are taken into account. Highly recommend & will definitely be back
Fast communication.
The delivery and the changes were very reasonable.
Everything was wrapped to high standard.
Professional staff.
put in bid higher than item was sold at. Very unprofessional .Will never use again. Have complained to auction ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Very disappointed with the experience I have received. Emailed numerous times and not one acknowledgement. They believe it is appropriate to charge exorbitant postage charges on top of standard buyer commission rates - for me this was £20 for a very small box of music CD’s. I send a lot of parcels via the Royal Mail and this should have cost me less than £5. This is very underhand and I will not be dealing with this company again. Buyers beware a similar experience!
Great auction room. Vast amount of knowledge between all of them. Good and trusted team. Bought and sold items through them. Would highly recommend.
This is yet another Auction house who bang down the gavel and then take another bid. Once the hammer is down the goods pass to the highest bidder. This Law.
