Wrong cut and long shipping
Ordered 5 small pictures. Shipping took 27 days and when they finally arrived they were cut wrong! I can see on the preview-slip that the pictures were uploaded and placed correctly, but the printed pictures are missing a bit of the top and left side.
Price is very cheap, but I'm gonna have to order new pictures from another place anyway. Waste of money.

Worst customer service during delaying delivery for Christmas
Ordered some privately designed bookmarks on 8th December, as Christmas presents of our newborn to grandparents, which we thought was way enough time before Christmas.
On 23rd December they had still not been delivered and instead of excusing we were told that ‘…since we did not pay extra for a tracking number of the envelope, then we had chosen the slowest delivery option.’
Just a vague answer as clearly a tracking number will not make the delivery faster, clearly it was sent too late.
Super annoying we cannot trust delivery time frame and can surely NOT recommend this company due to delivery time & lack of supportive customer service.

Bad quality of photo printing
Bad quality of photo printing. Cheap, thin photo paper and colours are off. I had to order in another place afterwards.
