Can't imagine buying bras from anywhere else now
Waited very patiently (!) for this to arrive from Sweden to UK but was so worth it. I was a bit worried they wouldn't be as good as expected as they were expensive (even in the sale) but I feel the price is totally justified for the clear thought that has gone into all the construction details, sustainable materials and even just the fact they use multiple models to show the fit and don't edit photos.
Highly recommend taking 2 mins to measure yourself and use the sizing chart provided because I definitely would have bought the wrong size without it -usually an S but a M here.
Having worn maternity bras for 2+ years I couldn't be more thrilled with how sexy the bras look whilst also being really comfortable and supportive. Have already told everyone I know.

No discount & crazy import tax?!
I made my first order having been tempted on instagram by the ads, and was excited to receive my bras. I thought I’d entered the discount code for 20% off my first order, but when I hit pay via the ‘shop’ the code fell out & I was charged full price. I emailed the team who will hopefully rectify it,
I then early on the morning of the delivery received an email from UPS saying I would need to pay £50 import tax to receive 2 bras?! From Sweden to UK. Seriously?! That’s almost and extra 50% on the cost of the bras?! I’m hoping the company will contact me and let me know this is an error, there was beyond no mention of this when I entered my shipping address. So disappointing ☹️.

Really weird sizing
Really weird sizing - I’m usually a UK12 and the L is tight and unflattering. It is concealed on their website that none of their underwear or swimwear can be returned or exchanged, so I have spent £120 on a bikini that is unwearable and I cannot return. Hugely disappointing service, especially at this price point. Avoid.

Not buying period panties here again
Although pretty I won’t be buying their period panties again. First time I put them on, they ripped from one of end of the seem to the other. After making a complaint Understatement swiftly and kindly replaced the panties with a new pair. I was quite shocked when the exact same thing happened again since the underwear isn’t exactly cheap. Also my periods have left stains on the fabric that will not come out in wash :/

Delivery needs sorting
The product quality is good but unfortunately the delivery really lets this company down. Ordered twice - first order took 2 weeks to deliver and I’m still waiting for 2nd and it’s been over 2 weeks.
Disappointing- I would’ve expected delivery to align with what’s set out in the website, especially given premium prices charged.

07.01.2025: I would like to add that after my review I received a very quick response with an offer to replace the ordered item (the item I wanted was already sold out) or to refund the amount. I opted for a refund, which I received in my account within a short time! Thank you! original review: ordered and paid a bra on 3rd of dec. until today 31st dec did not receive it. customer service didnt respond to my messages since 11th of dec. austrian post told me, they didnt write street, street number or anyrhing accept the postalcode which stands for a whole district, obviously they cannot find my correct adress!
