Used scamadvisor to check a website authenticity for me. The realised later the website was fake and lost of £1000 in trade funds. It was only until I saw reviews about ScamAdvisor that I realised this is not a trusted company to check websites.

Mass of scammers, they ask money for change the rating. They give fake negative rating to good websites and ask money for remove. Report they to the Police of Netherland. They need to shut down. Owner is from Netherland.

They try to steal money from many companies.

The Scam Advisor website is giving me a low rating, which is, in effect, harming my legitimate business and leaving the incorrect rating attached to my business name in search engines.

It is stating the following reason for the low score:

"The website's owner is hiding his identity on WHOIS using a paid service."

I cannot help this and there are others in the same boat, as my domain registrar (Tucows) now provides or enforces WHOIS privacy by default due to modern privacy laws.

I have emailed them several times explaining the Tucows policy, but they do not respond.

Across Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp, we consistently hold 4.5–4.9★ averages with thousands of positive, verifiable reviews. Despite this, ScamAdviser continues to label my businesses as scams. I’ve followed their process and provided documentation multiple times, yet the rating hasn’t changed. In my experience, emailing them leads to repeated requests for more materials without any resolution—an outcome I find unreasonable.

Veinci. This jewelry company is a scam. I never received my order. They kept sending me updated order details but it was just a delay tactic. Don’t buy from this company unless you want to give them your money for free.

From my experience, I believe this website makes serious mistakes in how it evaluates projects.
They marked a verified MVP as a potential scam — even though it’s 100% legitimate, transparent, and verified through real company links (Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Contact).

No one from their side ever asked for money or provided proof for their claim.
In my opinion, such misleading listings can harm real developers and should not be allowed to operate this way.
This platform needs better verification methods and should be reviewed or even removed from the market if it continues spreading false information.

Address transparency, no scam, no fraud — just a real project unfairly flagged.

Claim your business is a scam and somehow Google have them listing in the sidebar where my business profile would usually go and overriding it.

I was prepared to pay the money to get it down (easiest thing to do) but their janky ass website wont even let me claim my website so they can extort me. Rediculous.

Amd if you think I'm stupid enough to contact you to resolve this which you'll no doubt write under this review, you must think I have rocks in my head because you're a huge liability to just lower my scam score even more as reported by reddit users.

Do NOT trust this company. They do not reflect true data and want money to correct their mistakes on your website rating.

Just started a website a few days ago, worked so hard, then received a negative score completely out of the blue. Now the name of my company won't appear in Google results, only a fake scam advisory is listed. Absolute BS. Scamadviser is the biggest scam out there.

This company shows below your Google search results that you could be a scam. Once contacted they charge you to remove there result of Google search
