The staff in the Watford shop were very helpful with everything.

Very happy with the service from Richer Sounds and especially the Watford branch. The guys are always welcoming, helpful and non-pushy. They made a demo of the kit that I needed to listen to and had a good result. Bought two cables with the idea of keeping one and returning the other - they were very happy with this and now I have an excellent system. Thanks!

They didn’t have the exact TV I wanted in stock size wise, but they had it in within a couple of days ready to be picked up. Very helpful staff and good price with a very good guarantee . No complaints helpful on the phone when I needed them. Would recommend anyone to go there.

The best there is Nuff said but I must say why.
I called richer sounds to order some Jamo Centre Speakers as they could not be ordered online.
The assistant was very helpful. There was no stock online but tracked down stock at the Watford store. I contacted the store again very helpful. He packed up the two centre speakers around 10:30 am on the Friday morning. The speakers arrived 1.pm the following day. That's what you call service which is second to none. The build of the speakers is 1st Class.
When I hooked the speakers up the quality blew me away.
I decided to ring up looking for another two Centre Speakers.
Same procedure as before, called online store the following Friday. I was given the number of two stores that had stock. The stores packaged them up on Friday morning and they arrived the next day 12:00.

In short, an excellent service.
I had a claim on my LG TV which turned out to be uneconomical to repair. Under the extended gurantee i had i was offered a very reasonable price for the LG in order to purchase a new TV. I did this and Richer Sounds also allowed extra discounts for TV and a Soundbar.
Richer Sounds are always my go to store for anything TV ,HI fI ,etc, should be yours too.

Despite first receiving an incorrect item delivered Deputy Manager Lloyd at the Watford store came to the rescue in a friendly and efficient way ensuring my original order was fulfilled the next day and incorrect item was picked up and returned.
The Mountson speaker stands were of good quality and a breeze to assemble.

We have always used this company when purchasing TVs and have found them to be extremely helpful and polite in their telephone responses and when I went into the shop last week to purchase a new TV. They were informative when asked questions and helped carry the TV out to my car.

I must admit that Richer Sounds are my go to store for TV and audio.
I am never disappointed and my most recent purchase was no exception. On this occasion I wanted to upgrade my tv and walked away with the fantastic LG OLED55C5. Great price, great picture, great 6year guarantee, and of course helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'm 100% satisfied with the whole experience.

I love Richer Sounds! The only place for unbiased advice. Heather was so helpful and knowledgeable. And our new Samsung tv arrived ahead of schedule. Generous warranty to boot! There is even customer parking which is super on busy road.
