Bought a car from these people, was fine at first, there was a broken centre consol and they said they would order a new one for the next week, it's been a month now, I have rang loads of times and they just fob me off, thought they was reliable, they kept on the first week for me to do a 5 star review which I did now they show true colour's and string me along about the repair, not happy so be careful if you deal with this lot, you can't trust them, am going down to see them and considering returning car.

Wow what can I say. From start to finish what amazing treatment we were provided with from this team.
Customer service is outstanding and did not at all at any time feel like I was being pushed into buying anything. I test drove a few different cars going in thinking I wanted one thing but coming out with something completely different which I must say I am so impressed with my new car.
They took my old broken car in 😢 and gave me such a good deal on my new car.
Any questions I have had since have been dealt with immediately nothing bad though. Jesse has been amazing throughout. This is a family run business and I would not go anywhere else now to buy a car.
I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

What to say ……. Ron, Jessie and team were fantastic. I had to wait 8 weeks for my Alfa romeo but my god was it worth it. The guys are truely honest and would not let the car come to to me until they were happy that the small fault was fixed they probably replaced more parts then they should have. Kept in regular contact with me all the way through. Offered to help me find a different car if I wanted to back out. Ron and Jessie 100% went above and beyond and Reynolds motor group will be my first port of call on my next purchase

My family has bought several cars from Southend Reynolds over the last few years. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Jess and Alfie have always looked after us whether buying a first car for our kids or upgrading our own cars.
They make the sales and financing process a beeeze and we always the up with a great vehicle.
Their after sales care is fantastic too. Nothing is too much for them.

Won’t return Reservation fee
Reserved a car online on their website, I went to see it and decided not to take it. It’s been over a month since I paid the reservation fee online, they won’t return it and ignoring all my emails and texts. Will have to ask for chargeback through the bank.

Selling poorly repaired cars
Sold us a car that had rear end and side damage that’s been poorly repaired also damaged to the battery with us only having for 1 week we told them about these problems and they ignored us wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone

Was sold a faulty car
Would be one star, but gave an extra one to the service team.
Got a car, engine light came on less than 5 miles after. They worked to fix it, said it would be good to drive until the fix but broke down on the motorway. Thanks for the trauma to my family. No worries… mistake fixed. after driving 45 minutes (average) on a few occasions until fix was done. Sometimes with just the toddler, sometimes with 3 kids, taking 2 buses and a train.
The warranty that was sold will pay out for nothing. 4 month down the line, I have no air con, an oil leak and possible no working windows. Took extended warranty with the company these guys provided and their designated repair centre was Halfords. Who rarely have a claim for anything accepted. Company was rude on the phone and we will be taking it further after getting a proper diagnostic on the oil leak tomorrow.
On top of all this, the process of buying the car was ridiculous. I was never given an update as when the car was ready when promised. Previously I’ve only ever bought from main dealerships and have never had to chase them for almost a month.
I’m so stressed and upset by the whole
Experience. I don’t even have any paperwork for this car. No service history, all it came with was keys and the paid invoice for the work that was done before we bought it for a new belt.
Edit: I didn’t realise this was posted under my maiden name. Mitsubishi Outlander. Outcome of oil leak: the garage Reynolds sent it to before purchase to replace the cam belt didn’t use the right mastic on the sump, so it’s leaking oil.
