I visited Rebel Sport Parramatta on Saturday to buy some Father’s Day gifts for my husband. The store was quite busy, and while I was searching for sizes, a lovely staff member (whose name I didn’t catch) went out of her way to help me — much appreciated!
There were quite a few items on the wrong hangers, which made size checking difficult, but thankfully Sahil, one of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted us with patience and a great attitude — amazing service!
Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout wasn’t as positive. I asked the cashier (Zainab) if she could tell me the prices as she scanned, since I had a budget in mind. Her response was rude and dismissive: "Didn’t you check the prices while shopping? What’s your budget?" Her tone made me feel very uncomfortable, and I considered walking out. She then carelessly threw the items into the bag. It really left a bad impression.
Later, I realized I had the wrong size pants and went back in. Luckily, Sahil was there again and made the exchange process smooth and easy. Even on Father’s Day morning, when I called to arrange another exchange, Sahil answered the phone and handled everything professionally. My husband was able to go in and complete the exchange with no issues.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to highlight the exceptional service from Sahil — thank you for going above and beyond! While one staff member made my experience disappointing, Sahil truly saved the day. Keep up the great work!

misleading signage= unhappy checkout and manager who escalated the problem
First visit to Everton Park store this afternoon. Poor signage and misleading conversation on the floor led us to believe one whole rack was marked as 'Buy One get Second Half Price' (Ella and Voo girlswear). this was disputed at checkout as only related to fleece. I checked later at home and the signage should have read same as website - Buy one Get Second Half Price on Fleece. worst part was manager on duty who rocked up to the counter to support the cashier and verballed me because he only heard half of what i said. He said i had threatened to be abusive - no- the opposite.i replied " i said to the cashier that i would stop speaking to avoid being accused of being abusive". He then said if i went on he would call the police. He then belittled me behind my back as i walked out of the store " We'll have a great day now (that you're gone).' a comment that everyone at the bank of checkouts would have witnessed other customers and staff. Really poor management training here.
He did not come up and said "hello i am the store manager Bob, i heard there's been a problem with signage- can you show me where that is and explain it to me." thereby- drawing me away from the counter and allowing the customer to believe you actually want to solve misunderstandings therby de-escalating the whole thing. instead i get snide playground abuse. Wont go back to Rebel. Oh and the item we went there for was $10 cheaper online. this happened today 17aug 26. the review needs me to back date it

Was keen as to grab some new gear from Rebel Sport, but it was a bit of a letdown. Not much range in the sizes I needed, and a lot of the good stuff was either out of stock or way overpriced – definitely not great value this time around. Tried to ask a staff member for a hand but they didn’t seem too fussed, just pointed and walked off.
Rude way of dealing with client time wasting
Try to buy soccer Nike shoes from rebel cross road on sale 249 down from 339 size is not there, they find one in Miranda shop went there the Alice !!manager!!! said might be mistake without even say sorry can’t call the store it’s 6pm I found her very rude.. people unprofessional wasting our time!!! I ordered two pairs of runners on 18 June. The prices look like they were AUD instead it was US dollars., this was never mentioned on the website.
I received one email when I placed the order, with a tracking device. When I click on the tracking device to see my order status, it comes up with SHOP CLOSED!
I have emailed them again and no response.
I think I’ve been scammed.

BAD SUPPORT FOR PURCHASED PRODUCT
I purchased in Rebel store in NOWRA rollerskate for my granson. Goldcross GXC300 Inline Skates, in July last year. We were happy with it. Now at March the skates brakes are completely worn out and need to be replaced. Skates are just like new. So we went to the store. I was told they do not have brakes-pat in store and refer us to contact Rebel on the webside, I sended request on the line. Got reply "we respond to your email inquiry between 24 to 36 hours". 6 days later no reply, I contacted Rebel again, got message back advising me to go with my problem back to store ???
So I was where I started. It is jut ridicullars.
I did also contacted independet rolle skate‘s brakes-pat suplyer, but they do not supply parts for REBEL brand.
So what now? I won't let my grandson skate without brakes. The Skates in EXCELLENT condition, 9 mounts old, and they are useless now. I hope this experience of mine, help someone, to consider purchasing elsewhere. My advise avoid REBEL.

I asked for a refund of my money repeatedly and they said I had to wait until they conducted an inquiry into the delivery company. It's been a month and I still haven't received what I ordered. These come through Fanatics.com in the U.S.A. so I decided to look on there first only to find this....

So I contact Rebel Sport & their reply was......
I have spoken with our support team and the fanatics trademark issue does not affect any orders placed through rebel as we have an agreement that fanatics is to ship all orders received from us so please feel safe to place an order through our site.
So I place the order & got delivery of the Eagles shirt within 7 days, this was probably because it was on the shelf in the shop.
I get an email on the 2nd November saying....
Great news! The final item of your your order has been packed, shipped and will be on the way shortly. Keep an eye on your parcel with our Track & Trace service, which will be active within a few hours.
Fast forward to 17th December and I check the track & trace to find out that the Seahawks jumper hasn't even been dispatched from the U.S.A. I contact customer support again.
They go ahead & organise a refund, which I didn't request, so I reply saying I don't want a refund.
I then get this reply....
Unfortunately it seems this item has been deemed lost in transit by Fedex. There is still a possibility it will turn up in their network and be delivered, but as we cannot guarantee this we have gone ahead and processed a refund for you.
You are welcome to re-order this item, but unfortunately at this stage we cannot recover/locate the initial shipment.
Now why would I re-order the jumper & pay another $198 when there's no guarantee it will be delivered.
So the long & short of it is......
Anything that comes from the U.S.A. through Fanatics, whether it's NFL, NBA, MLB or any other American sport, if it's not on the shelf when you go to the shop DON'T order it online because you're not going to get it.
Oh & there's a P.S. .....
I got an email asking me to rate the product, about a week after I ordered, so I put one star for the review stating "I can't rate something I haven't got".
Rebel didn't post it on their site after they reviewed my comments.

Their online store is pathetic When getting one time codes to log in to my account they expire before I even get them to my mail box. I can't process payments when at check out no matter what payment I try. The chat box for support automatically closes and starts again. I'd only shop instore and avoid online shopping.
Irresponsibility and lack of honesty
I am a member of Active Rebel (GC900000000087457579). On 10/12/24 between 4 and 4.30pm, I went to Bankstown Rebel Store and looked for a pair of goggles and a vey helpful male staff member who guided me to the swimming goggle section. I got two pairs of goggle with the price on the shelf is $49.99 . I also bought other items. When I came to the counter to pay, the man in charge at the counter wanted to charge me $59.99 for one goggle. I told him the written price on the shelf is $49.99. He then asked the above mentioned male staff member re-check up the price. He went to check and then told the counter-man there are no $59.99 on the shelf except $49.99. However, the counter man did not accept. While other stores are responsible for the price they put on shelves. This shop does not. Due to the irresponsibility and lack of honesty of the man in charge in Bankstown shop, I have decided to return all the goods I wanted to buy. Of course, this shop will lose at least me and my family members and my friends

Old fashioned customer service. Staff friendly,very helpful. Nothing too hard. Refunds and exchanges easy. I have been to Eastland rebel sports on two occasions and the experience was the same, even during the busy Black Friday sales. Extremely happy with my experiences

Had a witty sort of experience in rebel over the weekend, left feeling quite amused as well as disgusted to the customer service that was received, so to speak.
Maybe instead of doing nothing you can all learn how to remove a magnet...fold a shirt. Maybe move a little quicker or put some batteries in ole' mate.

No star is what I give but unfortunately I can’t write anything if I don’t give a star, I bought a pants from rebel, at Bondi Junction store they did order that for me in another store and on the phone they checked it was available and she made sure to deliver in a special way so it doesn’t get lost then I paid it was for my birthday I was happy, a day later they sent me an email they said it’s no longer available they can send it, I did contact their customer service she told me unfortunately someone from the store did like it and took it and we can’t do anything about it and to get your money back you have to visit Bondi store to get your money back, this is rubbish service I won’t spend a dollar again in that stupid company
Item not as advertised. Rebel refused full refund.
The Celsius Olympic Weight Rack does not hold olympic weights. An Olympic weight is 450mm diameter, this rack does not hold weights of this size. I returned the rack to our local Rebel store and they refused to refund the $20 shipping and handling component. I could understand this policy being applied if I ordered some clothes that didn't fit, or I changed my mind. The issue is that it is Rebel's fault for advertising this rack as an Olympic Weight Rack, which is flat out incorrect.
Buyer beware when buying from Rebel online. I won't be so stupid as to make the mistake of purchasing from Rebel again.
