I was charged almost double the price I had already paid online — no explanation, no response.
I booked a spot online in advance at Parking P3 Low Cost for €51 from June 16 to June 20, 2025. I have all the documents and proof of this reservation.
When I arrived, I scanned my QR code and entered the car park without issue. But when I returned and tried to exit, I was asked to pay €97 — almost double the original amount.
I have contacted customer service multiple times (at least three messages sent) and have yet to receive any reply.
This is dishonest and unjustified. I expect a refund of the difference and a proper explanation. Until now, I’ve received nothing.
Extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism.
