It has finally arrived and team Newsstand have failed to include the actual magazine - in the post bundle - the free gifts came but the magazine is missing- *slow hand clap*

Hello, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed. We have looked back at the communication between you and our colleagues. On 9th of August you sent your initial email to which our colleague then replied on the 11th of August. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, so all emails that are received over the weekend are mostly responded to on the Monday. Our colleague gave you an explanation which was as we are not the publisher, we receive the magazines when the shops do on the onsale dates. You then replied that it is a 'suboptimal response', again our colleague replied the same day on the 11th of August. You pay for the service of the issues being delivered to your door, so that you don't have to go to the shop. Also, saying that it takes a week after the release date is not entirely true as we did let you know that the magazines are arriving within 48 hours (2 working days, tracking was provided). The email was left with answers to your questions and that you can cancel the subscription (subject to a 20% Admin fee of the remaining balance) and get the copies from the shop on the release day if that is what you prefer. We can also look into a courier delivery which would be next day delivery, however, this costs additional monies.
We try and give the best customer service as we can and on this occasion, we believe that this feedback is undeserved. Kindest Regards, Team Newsstand.

I've been ordering from Newsstand for several years. Never have had a problem with timely delivery to the USA.
Wonderful customer service.
Please do not hesitate to order from them.

Fast delivery/service

I'm visiting a friend who lives in Tenerife and does have access to his favourite magazines so I ordered a bunch of magazines as a gift for him, some I ordered from another website was a big mistake as almost a month later I still haven't received them! Ordered 3 from Newstand and they all arrived the very next day! Outstanding service! Wish I had ordered from them in the beginning!

Avoid if possible

Several years of working with them as a publisher and I've not got much good to say. Frequent mistakes, lack of accountability, high turnover in staff perpetuated issues long after we were assured they were fixed. A lack of alternative options forced us to stay for years. Thankfully, we've moved on now to a competitor.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Got my dad's Italian puzzle magazines. Ordered 1 copy of each and with 2 days they had arrived! No fuss, not expensive. Super super service!

Crap!

Order arrived some three weeks late, although I ordered well in advance. Newstand refused to take any responsibility for the delay. They should ensure that the delivery service they use is adequate.
No apologies or offer from their part to compensate annorder which became obsolite. A real shame!

Our colleague missed the start date of the program and didn't realize it had already started which is why you received the initial reply. Since there were no further emails from you, we didn't know if you perhaps had received the TV program that day or a day later. We do offer no hassle refunds, especially in cases where a magazine is time sensitive and the order doesn't arrive in a timely manner.
A full refund has now been processed back to your card. Please allow 5-10 business days for money to appear in your bank account. We are very sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

Fabulous Service.

I was apprehensive to pay for two online magazine subscriptions as Christmas presents. One for my Grandaughter in the UK and one for my Son in Canada. Both magazine subscriptions have worked out and Amy in Customer Services has been so helpful with a slight issue with the magazine heading for Canada.

Very Bad customer service…

After using this company for over a year I was hit by a problem I contacted them and I was hit by petty staff who did not give a damn.
Very disappointing!!!??

On 3rd of December you asked why you have only received only 1/2 magazines you ordered. My colleague then replied that the second magazine Family Criss Cross is due on 5th of December (the order confirmation email mentions an estimated despatch of the 6th of December) and wished you a good day. The response to this was, among other information, 'I want a mag or a refund'. Since the magazine wasn't coming in until the 5th of December and from the tone and our understanding of the email, my colleague proceeded with a refund. We are very sorry for what may have been miscommunication, however, we respected your choice and proceeded with the best option at the time. Our colleague also explained this in another email. We try and give the best customer service as we can and on this occasion, we believe that this feedback is undeserved. Kindest Regards, Team Newsstand.

I'm in California

I'm in California , USA. I've been subscribing to British magazines for over 30 years . First from an American importer, who retired . Then from a British exporter who decided to close their business. I have been getting my magazines from Newsstand for about 8 months now , and I'm VERY pleased with their service ! Magazines arrive on time and wrapped in a heavy cardboard mailer, so NO damage . ( important to me as I collect these magazines)
I would definitely recommend Newsstand , especially to people overseas from the UK.

I've ordered with Newsstand for years but felt compelled to review the website online, after the exceptional service I received. I was after a particular cover of Vogue Italia's 60th anniversary issue, emailed, and received a reply promptly confirming which covers they had and it would be no hassle to send it out to me (with the additional packaging at an extra cost to ensure safe delivery). The magazine arrived to me within days, and it's immaculate. I am beyond grateful, and so thankful for the exceptional service as always from the wonderful Newsstand team. Thank you! My absolute go-to.
