I've ordered from this website a few times now, I usually order DIY candy kits and other snacks/treats like frozen Coca Cola. I've just received my most recent order and I am pleasantly surprised to discover they upgraded me to airmail so I got my order a lot faster!

J-san went above and beyond my expectations, delivering excellent customer service along the way. Not only did he get me what I wanted but he did so in a timely manner! Always answering my emails and being so kind along the way!

Worked just fine for me. The service dialog felt personal and everything arrived in good condition.

It did however arrive quite late and I still feel pretty bad about getting mad at them over it. I didn't understand at the time that it wasn't their fault but rather the shipping company messing up. (I must confess though, I had this experience more than 12 months ago...! )

The import fee is understandably high, but the wares themselves are low price. I am thinking of ordering again, but this time keep in mind that I might have to wait a while!

expensive shipping, to get the cheapest one id have to pay 35 dollars and that would get me it in 6-12 WEEKS very expensive shipping but other than that the snacks are sold at a reasonable price

I wasn't really sure about this website at first since I couldn't really find any reviews, but I decided to order some candy anyway, I don't regret it one bit! The prices the candies are sold at are very reasonable and the shipping was extremely fast, my package arrived in just over a week! They don't exactly have a huge range of snacks and sweets, but there's plenty of stuff to check out. Would recommend!
