Purchased product from mtc on 3rd of…

Purchased product from mtc on 3rd of October , paid for something that they didn’t have in stock, I asked for refund in wallet and they did it in the bank account, 2 weeks later I still haven’t received anything, called the bank and been told they don’t see any refunds coming into the account, trash website, trash customer support who doesn’t even reply, luckily paid by credit card so I will go ahead with full claim back of the payments. SCAMMERS , avoid
