I placed an online order on the 11th of the March. I have not heard anything from Minnesota Workwear since I placed my order. They do not answer there phones, return messages, emails. Worst of all, their website has been down since the 15th-16th. I have no idea if I will get my order, or if I have been scammed. I am beginning to believe the latter. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I can't prove it but I think this company is buying factory rejects. I've ordered Dickies jeans from them twice and of the five pairs two pair were not the size indicated on the sewn in labels or the attached tags. One pair being 4" narrower in the waist and the other 4" shorter in the inseam. The real trouble started when trying to return them. After contacting them two or three times they finally agreed to let me return them, at my expense! Again after two or three attempts to contact them they agreed they were defective and would email me a prepaid return label. Once again I had to contact them two or three times before I received it, and now they are getting rude saying "fine, well send it again!". No signature on any of the responses. Aww, but it's not over yet. Went through the same process with them two or three times before eventually getting the refund to my credit card. From start to finish this entire fiasco took two months. I think they're going on the assumption that if they make it inconvenient enough you'll just say the heck with it. It was only $35 after all, which is less than I make per hour, so definitely not cost effective for me, and after wasting this much time on it I figured my only option was to take more time to write this review, which by the way I very rarely do, in the hopes of saving others from going through this same experience, and of course costing Minnesota Workwear as much as possible in lost sales. C'est la vie!

This company is one of a kind! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The best part about their site is they have some very uncommon sizes when it comes to pants. It's so hard to find pants that are mad in a 26" inseam. I'm short and plump, a lot of retailers don't value my kind, but Minnesota Workwear definitely does!

I ordered a pair of dickie coveralls last year. Never heard a word from them . They have a phone number , only to leave a message . They never called me back .. Then I went on the BBB websit and found a number to call, someone did answer but he never said any thing about a refund of the price difference.., That is very poor business in my book on all accounts !!!

I just placed this order. I had ordered before and the item had been discontinued so I did receive a quick response stating the item is not available. Excellent service. Now I am waiting for my new order. I will respond again when I get my next order.

I have purchased Dickie Work Pants for my husband for years. Minnesotaworkwear carries it all. I will shop with no one else, and I will buy nothing but Dickies Work Pants.

shipment was going to be delivered to billing address instead of physical address; however, customer service rep was able to fix the address before shipped! Item arrived fast and as described! Will do business with company in the future!

Very disappointed that they had not removed an item they did not have. This caused me not to have it in time and it took too long to credit my charge card.

I Have to dress formal and casual For work. The industrial cotton dickies are super durable as confortable. I recently order some red kap shirts and they're awesome. I strongly recommend these guys, they know their business. Thanks!

Very easy ordering and checkout process. Wish they would communicate about shipping better as far as when it ships and when it should arrive. Other than that it was a very good experience.

I Am Trying A New Way (For Me) Of Ordering Pants. I Are Going To Use Dickies 874 Original Fits As Dress Slacks. My Wife Takes The Outside Label Off.

The Local Stores Do Not Carry All The Lengths And Although My Wife Hemmed The First Pair We Bought, I Wanted To Nail The Size Off The Rack.

Because Of A Medical Indicant, My Weight Dropped And Was Swiftly Raising So The First Pair I Bought On Line Was 2 Inches Too Tight. The Store Service Corrected This Before It Shipped.

This Allowed Me To Remeasure The Length And Send In Another Order For An Additional Four Pairs (2 Inches Shorter).
