Scam and no customer service.

Ordered a bike to Berlin and I never recieved confirmation of the order and when I emailed Dominic he sent me the tracking code which was due to be delivered on that day but because of the short notice we apparently missed it after this all contact is now non responsive through email and telephone. No bike has been delivered and no refund has been made. SCAM ! Contactmilordbikes.de is false

Scam- no bike delivery or money refund

I ordered a bike from this company. Unfortunately, the bike was never delivered, and communication has been extremely poor. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for money refund, I’ve received no clear answers or resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better service and accountability. I do not recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared for long delays and poor customer support.
