The outfits are cute, but shipping took longer than expected. The quality is decent, but not quite as premium as the pictures suggest. My daughter loved her dress, but I wish the stitching was a bit b... See more

Received our daughter’s Christmas dress…
Received our daughter’s Christmas dress in the mail and it has spotting on it as well as a tag on the outside of the skirt of her dress. Removing the tag would literally destroy her dress. So incredibly disappointing.
DECEITFUL COMPANY
DECEITFUL COMPANY – FALSE ADVERTISING Changed Photos After I Ordered
I ordered a costume from Mia Belle Girls that looked stunning in the photos, detailed, sequined, and high-end. What I received was nothing like it. The costume that arrived was cheap, flimsy, and completely different from what was advertised.
After I placed my order, I noticed the company quietly changed all the product photos and even replaced the model on their website. The new images finally show what the costume actually looks like, which proves they knew the original listing was misleading.
I reached out through email to get this resolved and never received a single response. Then, when I tried to submit a return through their website, I was told I would only get 20 percent back and the rest as store credit, for an item that was falsely advertised in the first place.
This is not how an honest business operates. I spent nearly $80 and was completely deceived. Poor quality, no customer support, and shady business practices. Do not waste your money. There are plenty of companies that do not rely on false advertising to make sales.
What a unacceptable experience with…
What a unacceptable experience with this company.
I purchased two pairs of shoes that were not worn. I requested a return and they will not accept it.
They explained it was due to their policy where they will only accept a return up to 2 weeks after a label was created.
I have never worked with a business that has such atrocious policies.
I emailed and requested to speak to management three times and each time some Renee "Customer Service" or lack there of individual returned a "copy and paste" response. Perhaps there is little brain power around this operation. I would NOT purchase from this "Boutique".
Can't return the clothes that I bought
Can't return the clothes that I bought. I asked for a size one size too small. Kids are always growing and there's now way to try these on before you buy. It's obscene that they want let you exchange for a different size. I will never buy from then again
We recently received our second order…
We recently received our second order from Mia Belle Girls. We have been very happy with the quality and Boutique Style of these clothing items. 2 of our items were out of stock but we received updates and got them within 2 weeks. I had to return 2 pair of shoes for different sizes and was given directions to do that through the return portal. I had a small issue in not being able to see return label and Customer Service got back to me within a few hours. I have been very happy with this company and was surprised by some of the negative comments I saw. Would definitely order again.
Misleading information
As of right now, I have only placed my order, but my confirmation indicates that it will take a month to get here because of an overseas fulfillment. Nowhere on their website does it indicate that their clothing comes from overseas which I’m thinking is China, it only says that their headquarters is in Florida and they ship from Texas very very misleading. I do hope that I get my package in time for the pictures that I have scheduled for my grandchildren and the quality is as they state. Sad I was misled.
Poor quality, run super small & Unable to Exchange
I always leave positive reviews but this expereince was completly horrible! The order I made had items totalling tp $115 I input a code to get some items on sale and that was a big mistake. Once all the items arrived, the bathing suits did not fit my 2 year old neice (I ordered 2T-3T) and she is super petite! I also received a joke of 2 shoes (titled Mystery box 2 pairs of shoes) Which were trash quality...knock off converse & a pair of doll looking shoes) Nothing like the shoe selection on their site) None of my items qualified for a return/exchange even after reaching out to customer service! I would be very caucious of whst you order from this company and also the size reviews!

they only provide store credit or an exchange. the dress i bought for my daughter was cheap looking. i do not recommend this site at all. it pays to buy clothes in the store rather than on-line.
Never received my order.
"Buyer Beware: Poor Service and Unresolved Issues with Mia Belle"
I had the worst experience with my first order for my daughter's birthday. I was promised delivery by May 8, but it was delayed to May 9-10. By May 12, I still hadn’t received it, so I contacted Mia Belle. They said the package was mis-shipped and offered store credit. When I requested a refund, they claimed my mail was delivered and told me to submit a missing mail search with USPS, which I did. Now they want a claims number. Be cautious doing business with this company; it feels like a scam. Once you pay, they leave you on your own, and there's no phone support, only delayed email responses.
Out of seven items I ordered, I only received one, as they were shipped in different shipments. The item I received was made and shipped from China, even had Chinese characters on the package. The quality was very poor, so I returned that very item.
This company makes beautiful clothes…
This company makes beautiful clothes for our girls. They have their own website and sell on Target as well. I love shopping with them!!!
Try and keep your money no matter what
I received a product that was never even tried on by my child. I returned it immediately and now they are trying to say the item was washed/worn to keep my money. If it was washed or worn they sent it out that way. I would be very careful buying anything from this company. Items are cute but if you don't like them be prepared to keep it or not get your money back as they make fraudulent claims. I also ordered 2 other items we kept so not as if I didn't keep anything. Not worth the money though.
Abysmal Customer Service
Almost 2 months ago, I placed an order with this company. I received part of the order, but not the two rose petal crowns. I sent numerous, more than five, emails to customer service and never received a reply. I finally received a vague response that told me to be patient. While the clothes are cute and nicely made, I will never order from this company again because you can’t return or interact with the organization because no one responds from customer service and there is no telephone number to call.
What a horrible company
What a horrible company with the worst return polices and customer service! I wanted to cancel an outfit that they will not ship to me until May possibly and I was told I'm not allowed to cancel. Another outfit I did receive I found the same exact outfit on temu and I mean the same exact outfit for half the cost I think they buy their clothes from that website. Very very disappointed with my experience with this company I would not recommend that anyone buys anything from them. I've also read a lot of Better Business Bureau complaints with people complaining about the same thing that I am
MIA BELLE keeps your money and your product
Once again, Mia Belle has found a reason to keep my money and my product. This time it’s because I missed the 14 day window after I initiated my return. Now let’s keep in mind that it took almost 3 months for me to receive my order and it’s been over 2 months since I sent this return to them. 14 days for a mail order business is ridiculous. This company’s business model is to scam and defraud customers by keeping their money and the product. Is it at all believable they’re going to DISPOSE of an $80 pair of unworn shoes that they stock on their website? Absolutely not!
I have yet to return anything to them and get a refund, please don’t be tempted by the cute, fashionable children’s clothes. This company has deceitful business practices.
Very poor quality for the money
I’ve ordered several times from this company for my granddaughter because the designs are so cute. But my last two recent experiences have not been great. I ordered a pair of pink patent leather shoes with a bow on top. My granddaughter wore them one time and the bow was coming off. I sent them pictures and I asked to send them back and get another pair they told me that they no longer carry the shoes and that they could give me a credit for future purchases. I was fine with that, even though we really liked the shoes and wanted to find another pair like them. Recently, I ordered my granddaughters Easter outfit. She wore it to school for her Easter pictures and it was literally coming apart. The first time that she wore it I really would expect better quality for the money. These things are not cheap. I don’t mind paying for really good quality clothes, but these are not good quality at all. You can get as good quality on SHEIN 1/3 Of the price, I will not be ordering from them again.
They sent me a damaged first communion…
They sent me a damaged first communion dress and I quickly replied with a photo and they stated I would have to send it back so they can issue a reimbursement or I could opt for a gift card. I had to order another dress right away since the shipping takes so long and I didn't want to risk it not arriving on time. Now they're trying to give me a gift card rather than a refund. This is not a way to treat a customer. It is not my fault the dress arrived damage! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Customer service is horrible!
Extremely poor customer experience, inaccurate order, skin irritation
Mia Belle Girls shipped the incorrect clothing size (Order #L53303). Despite providing photo evidence multiple times, they refused a refund or replacement unless I returned the incorrect item (under $20) within 30 days, requiring me to print their USPS label and provide my own packaging. This placed the burden of their error on me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they doubled down. This level of poor customer service, coupled with questionable clothing quality (another shirt caused a rash), is unacceptable and something I haven't experienced with competitors. Do not recommend.
The company has received 269 complaints…
The company has received 269 complaints on the BBB website over the past three years, with most issues related to returns and customer service. I wish I had checked before making a purchase.
The quality of their products is highly inconsistent—some are acceptable, while others are poorly made from cheap polyester, primarily manufactured in China or Ukraine. The website provides little to no product descriptions, and when available, they are often misleading, using terms like "high-quality fabric" when, in reality, many items are just polyester. Some products have a Mia Belle tag, while most arrive without any branding, packaged in simple plastic bags. Shipping times range from 2 to 4 weeks.
Returning defective items, especially those marked as final sale, is nearly impossible due to a lack of customer service response. I sent three emails with no reply. The company does not list a phone number, and the one provided by PayPal leads to an unintelligible voicemail with a male voice and a foreign accent.
My most recent experience:
I received a dress and a skirt, both of extremely poor quality, made from cheap materials in Ukraine, with no company tags or labels. The website falsely advertised them as high-quality, premium products, but they turned out to be polyester—something I would never put on my baby. Despite multiple emails, I received no response. The provided phone number was useless, leading to the same indecipherable voicemail.
Order #L143568
Extremely disappointed!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my order placed on January 21, 2025. I purchased a dress and shoes for a February birthday, only to be informed that the dress was backordered until the end of March—far too late for my needs. Despite several attempts to resolve this via email, no satisfactory solution was offered, and the order didn't arrive until March.
When the items finally arrived, I was appalled by the quality. The dress was made of cheap, inferior fabric and bore no resemblance to the online photo. The shoes were even worse—poorly constructed with a flimsy jelly sole and an overpowering chemical odor that made them completely unusable. I am seriously concerned about the overall quality of this company's products. The entire experience was more than frustrating. While I did receive a refund for the dress, I will not be recommending this company, as their products and customer service are unacceptable."
